Getting the easy things out of the way first - female, 51 52 years old (and proud of it!), married for over thirty years (and proud of it!), mother of a wonderful daughter (and more proud than I can say of her!)  From the point of view of most of the readers of this blog I am, as the tag line says, a Net Wanderer, Online Marketer and Grumpy Old Woman.

I’ve been involved one way and another with the world of computers ever since I can remember - working with them, loving them, hating them, loving them again and then came the Internet and it became an obsession.  The whole process fascinates me in more ways than I can describe.  The world has changed completely in a very short space of time and though there have been many factors, the advent of the internet has to be one of the greatest. I doubt if it’s all positive, but equally it’s not the root of all evil.  For me it’s opened up a world of communication - I have friends all over the globe that I would never otherwise have known.  I can communicate with my friends at the touch of a button - and yes, we do meet in the real world as well!  On a practical basis, I can run a business from the comfort of my own home, working when I want and how I want, which fits in with my commitments to family, friends and everything else.

So where will you find my websites - they are many and varied.  In time I will list them all here.  Please feel free to visit them,  add your comments to anything that interests you here and share your views.
